Hillsborough Home

Located in the leafy suburb of Hillsborough, this home underwent a substantial refurbishment with a new program catering for multi-generational living. The client wanted to convert their existing 3 bedroom suburban house into a five-bedroom contemporary dwelling that would allow for open connected living while providing options for retreat. Modal was able to assist in transforming the interior spaces while negotiating a significant building enlargement within existing site parameters, negating the need for planning.
