Modal Architecture are great. They're a very professional team that delivered on the scope of work outlined. They ticked all our wants and needs for our renovation and the quality of the architectural documentation drawings had great detail to help us visualise the planned changes to our existing spaces.

Excellent results achieved with virtually no input from myself. Council even gave Modal the nod for doing a fantastic job. Very impressed.
